Apple and walnut crumble

1 kg stewed apple (or any stewed fruit you prefer)

Crumble topping

1 tablespoon butter or olive oil

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 cup self raising flour

1 cup finely chopped walnuts

Method

Preheat oven to 180C. Grease baking dish and place stewed fruit in the dish. Combine crumble topping ingredients and spread crumble mix over the fruit. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden.

Serve with cream or yoghurt.
